RETURN POLICY

Offers a hassle free return policy.

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your online order to report a damaged or defected garment, and/or to request a return or exchange authorization. A full refund or exchange will be issued for all regular price, unworn apparel when returned within 7 days of receipt of purchase. After 7 days, we will gladly issue a store credit. We reserve the right to refuse a return in cases where a return or exchange authorization has not been granted.

Unless an error has occurred on the behalf of Esuberante Boutique, expedited or special shipping charges are non-refundable.
